Salamander Systems Limited was formed in 1999 to provide systems and training solutions primarily for the gaming and hospitality industries.

Essentially we develop and provide software systems or services to replace time-consuming and paper-intensive manual systems. These tools are designed to make our customers' life easier and their business more profitable.

The Management team of Salamander Systems has more than 80 years of collective work experience in the hospitality industry. The team has extensive experience in the gaming industry as both venue operators and Club/Corporate Societies senior management.

The Salamander Systems team has employees that are qualified assessors, providing unit standards, level 1 - 5 in Gaming, Hospitality and Computing.

Salamander Systems specialise in the following areas of the non-casino Corporate Society market:-

  • Providing comprehensive software solutions for the Trusts and their venues utilising "Trust Link", Grants Database for Gaming Trusts and "Pandora"(replaces the well known KIS and VenuS product) products that are DIA compliant
  • Providing training courses for Venue operations and gaming staff
  • Providing audit and compliance consulting to Trusts
  • Providing Web sites for Trusts

We have particular expertise in the gaming machine industry as operators and Society Managers. Salamander staff and contractors have run busy gaming sites, managed the societies that operate machines in licenced venues and are well versed with the requirements of DIA!

If you have a message on the EMA file when retrieving readings you may of been upgraded to the QCOM 1.6 protocol on your site controller. It is advised to ring Intralot to see if this has occured first, there number is 04 463 0109 or 0800 Intralot.
