Karen is our software developer and resident computer whiz! Her
Bachelor of Computer Systems combined with extensive experience
of computer tutoring for EIT enable her to produce 'clever' programming
which is 'user-friendly'. Please contact Karen for any technical

Craig
Williams - Industry Assessor/Sales/Director
Craig has extensive experience in hotel and club management as well
as a strong sales background. Craig's specialty within the team
is industry training and is our specialised trainer for the NZQA
Gaming Standards. |

Mr Jeff Morris - Marketing/Sales/Director
Jeff comes from a background in retail and
marketing at senior management level for several big brand organisations
and has been involved in the gaming indusry since 1998. Jeff
currently consults to Societies and Clubs from his Auckland based company Gaming
Trust Services Ltd and is a member of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand.

Raewyn
Richardson - KIS and VENUS software installations and support
Raewyn has worked in a wide-variety of roles in the hospitality
industry. She is our on-road installation and training expert and
has a remarkable ability to train even the 'untrainable'. Her unfailing
dedication to our clients is greatly appreciated by all who deal
with her. Raewyn is the person to call for day-to-day queries with
our KIS and VenuS gaming machine suite of products. |

Trish Dymond -
Office Manager and Training Liason and Internal Moderator
Trish completes all of the administration
work for Salamander, as well as organising training sessions and
following up after training has been completed. Trish completes Internal moderation of Salamander's courses and the trainers involved in these courses. Trish has worked
in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and was the Assistant
manager of the Napier RSA and the manager of a busy Napier night
club The Cri Bar and Grill.
